Enjoy the Christmas lights of Madrid
It's Christmas time and Madrid is once again dressed in magic, gifts, flavours... and lots of light. One more year, he tours the capital aboard the Naviluz. From November 24 to January 7 our buses will tour the city center so you can enjoy the Christmas decorations that cover the center of Madrid
IMPORTANT - NEW DEPARTURE
This year, we changed the starting point. You will get on the Naviluz on Felipe IV Street, between the Goya door of the Prado Museum and the Service door of the Ritz Hotel, in front of number 1 of the street.
DATES
The town hall will switch on the lights on November 24.
Naviluz services will be provided every day from November 24 to January 7 (both included), except December 24 and 31 and January 5
GET ON AND GET OFF
Naviluz has its new departure in Felipe IV Street, infront of number 1 of the street. The arrival is in the Cánovas del Castillo Square.
Please not come until 5 minutes before the bus departure time, to avoid crowds.

The price of the ticket will also be €3 for users with a disability equal to or greater than 33% and travelers with reduced mobility who cannot access the upper floor. In the purchase you must select the type of passenger "Senior".
Children under 7 years old must have their ticket. Although they are free, it is necessary to purchase them for the correct organization of seats on the bus.

Conditions
- Tickets cannot be changed or cancelled. Adverse weather (rain or cold) will not mean the suspension of the service, so changes or cancellations are not allowed for this reason.
- Sale of tickets exclusively through naviluz.es
- Maximum 10 bills per transaction.
- Maximum 3 baby tickets (0 - 6 years) for each adult ticket. If an adult wishes to travel with more than 3 babies, the first 3 tickets will be free and, from the fourth, the tickets will have a child price (3 euros).
- When boarding the bus, it is not necessary to carry the printed ticket. You can present the PDF ticket on your mobile, the locator with your identity document or the purchase confirmation SMS, if requested.
